I searched and came up with these baby pictures courtesy of the site Our Miramichi Heritage Photos:
Did they have a thing about covering chairs that the babies sat on by in those days?
Of course, I had to finish up with one of my darling little grand daughter, Katie Rose who is now 5 years old:

Mystical, magical Miramichi River
I thought I would focus on more then one person in a boat, other boats in the water, with a flag or two.
This is the Dragon Boat races that was held in Chatham/Miramichi, NB. This is usually a quiet town, but, on this day, you could not find a parking space, cars were bumper to bumper.
Of course, visited the local watering place, O'Donaghue's where our favorite lady, Maltida Murdoch was fiddling at a jam session.
It was a fine large day and fun was had by all!!! For more boats, rowers, flags, go to www.sepiasaturday.blogspot.com
