  1. Not to get you more confused, but I still see underlining if I hover over the words next to the pictures. If I click on the words, I get an enlarged picture, so my guess is the picture and words have somehow merged. It can probably be corrected in editing by hitting "Enter" several times between the picture and words. I don't know -- I'm not a blogging geek, by any means. Anyway, your pictures are lovely. Another photo shoot is a must!

  10. Oh so glamorous Rosie. Wonderful photographs dating from a tiome when getting the right photograph was a technical challenge rather than a click of a mobile phone button.

  18. I love the idea of a picnic on the beach with a parasol and picnic basket. Too bad winter's on the horizon or I just might be tempted. Fun post!

    2. @Bob, this is Bay du Vin (Bay of Wine in English I guess), in Bay du Vin, New Brunswick. It was an unusually cool day, so not too many people around, great for our photo shoot.

  22. I am sure I missed this post the first time, wonderful beach photos in full dress. I wondered why not in bathing suits, but you say it was a cool day. You must have had special treats in that hamper.

  25. I really like how your conversion of the photos to B/W adds to the sentimental quality. Printed on card stock, they might be mistaken for vintage photos.

    1. Actually Mike, I had a black and white film in my camera at the time. If they were printed on canvas, would look pretty vintage too.....
