Another fun night at Toastmasters! The one who was supposed to be the General Evaluator couldn't make it to the meeting so asked me to fill in for her. The theme for the evening was "Fear it, but do it anyway", so in keeping with the theme, I feared it, since I had never done that before, but did it anyway.......
I also helped a fellow Toastmaster with his speech on Role Playing, so all in all, it was quite an interesting evening, think I may even have a speech ready for next Tuesday!

ReplyDeleteIt is so much fun Alan, you just sit back, listen and watch what everyone else does, then, near the end of the meeting, you give your evaluation on it. Toastmasters is all over the world, look it up, (might be one nearby, you might enjoy going to a meeting or two as a guest, no obligatons to join. Just tell them you are there as Rose's guest, tee hee hee.
